I'm Poomiphat (Poom), based in Bangkok. I'm a product builder — I build products end-to-end, and I build the team that builds them.

At Juzmatch, I'm Head of Digital Platform — leading an AI-first team where dev, product, design, and data are one craft, not three departments filing tickets at each other. I came in to build the analytics foundation, and now own the full digital build and the team that ships it: from architecture and engineering to product strategy and design.

Over the past 10+ years, I've moved across the full stack of building digital products — writing code as a full-stack engineer, leading engineering teams, managing product strategy for marketplace and fintech platforms.

I'm also obsessive about applying AI to every part of my life — not just at work. I build personal tools, automate repetitive tasks, and constantly experiment with what becomes possible when you actually commit to letting AI in.

Outside of work, I'm an ultra runner and sub-3 marathoner. I bring the same data obsession to my training — analyzing splits, HRV, load patterns, and race-day strategy the same way I'd approach a product problem. Consistency, iteration, and playing the long game.
